The two biggest rivals in the world is Apple and Samsung. They compete for shares in the very competitive smartphone world. While Apple is targeting the high end segment with it’s Apple iPhone , Samsung is trying to reach all segments of the smartphone business and has the Samsung Galaxy.
The newest iPhone available today is the Apple iPhone 7 and Samsung just released the Samsung Galaxy S8, usually these phones are sold in millions and millions of phones. So what makes them both so attractive for the consumer?

Negative about the iPhone

- Expensive to buy
- Lacks features and has expensive accessories

- Open system – easily modified
- Offers range of different smartphones
Negative about Samsung
- Hard to get support
- Expensive to repair
- Premium feeling not achieved yet
